GENERAL GUIDELINES AND RULES
Thank you for your interest in acquiring a vendor space at the 2018 43rd NJ Friends of Clearwater
Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis – however, all attempts will be made to accommodate specific
space requests for returning vendors. The NJ Friends of Clearwater Festival
reserves the right to make changes to space assignments as necessary.

You may purchase one (1) or multiple 10' x10' blocks of space at standard rates.
NO REFUNDS. The Festival will be held rain or shine.
All vendors must be at least 21 years of age and must supply their own tables, chairs and tents.
None will be available through the NJFC organization
(Use/Removal of NJFC chairs may result in deposit forfeiture).
All vendors agree to hold blameless all NJ Friends of Clearwater Festival staff members, volunteer workers and
festival employees and agents against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal
or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors participation in the NJ Friends of Clearwater Festival
Be aware that NJFC reserves the right to limit the range and/or scope of the products sold so that all vendors may
share in a successful event. We also reserve the right to disqualify any item or vendor – without refund--we believe does not
meet the standards of New Jersey Friends of Clearwater, Inc. NJFC is not responsible for Loss, Damage, Theft or Injury of any kind.
PLEASE REMEMBER: ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A TENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any person and/or organization who campaigns to bring about political or social change.
Commercial Vendors
You may purchase one (1) or multiple blocks of space at the following fee rates:
Standard Block Size: 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.) $150 for 2 days (if selling merchandise/services)
$100 for 2 days (if only using space to advertise your company)
Craft Vendors
You may purchase one (1) or multiple blocks of space at the following fee rates:
Standard Block Size: 10' x 10' $150 for 2 days
Food Vendors
You may purchase one (1) or multiple blocks of space at the following fee rates:
Standard Block Size 15' x 15' (225 sq. ft.) $150 for 2 days
Van/Catering Truck of any size: $250 for 2 days (Prime location in Food Comcession area)
Street Vendor Cart Size: 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.) $100 for 2 days
There is an additional refundable $100 deposit ( please provide a separate check), refundable as
long as you leave your space clean when you leave.
Green Vendors
You may purchase one (1) or multiple blocks of space at the following fee rates:
Standard Block Size: 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.) $100 for 2 days
Non-Profits
You may purchase one (1) or multiple blocks of space at the following fee rates:
Standard Block Size: 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.) $50 for 2 days (fee only applicable
if your organization is selling anything at your booth)
